Love It!

I love your Anti Shadow cool eyes patches even though they have to stay on for about fifty Min's so while they`re on my eyes i find that's just the right amount of time i need to file and colour my nails! Another tip for tired puffy eyes is to hold very cold teaspoons over them. I keep two spoons in the fridge so they`re ready to use every morning. They also help to wake them up!

Skin Goodness

My best tip for lovely glowing healthy skin is to drink lots off water, get plenty off sleep and most important don't smoke, if you do try giving up and all the money you save you can afford to splash out on loads more Montagne Jeunesse products, good for your skin and good for your soul.

Multi-Tasking Moments!

I rarely find time for pampering having 3 children 5 and under, so I try to carry beauty essentials to 'use on the go'. I have been known to paint my nails whilst my children have a swimming lesson and pluck my eyebrows whilst my husband drives! If you carry an emery board, tweezers and hand cream you are equipped and ready should 5 spare minutes arise in your busy day!

With so much taking up our lives it really is hard to find the time to get gorgeous! Beauty on the go is a must for the time poor, our masks are perfect for those spare moments. Throw on a Chocolate Masque when doing the ironing, or put a Ultra Fast Detox tonic in your travel bag for on the plane relaxation! Multi-tasking women keep Montagne Jeunesse products handy - you never know when you'll need them!

Hot Stuff!

My favorite tip to kick back and relax is to put some towels in the dryer for like 15-20 mins then take a glorious bubble bath while putting on my favorite mud masque (red hot sauna) and when that's all done I will take the towels out of the dryer and just wrap them around me and feel totally and completely relaxed... ahhhhh theres nothing like it.

Calming the senses...

Due to the ever stressful life of a teen student, I hardly have enough time to breath! But a quick Saturday Night time out session with a face mask and a magazine whilst lounging in the half light of my room seems to calm everything down! Thank goodness for those precious 15-20mins!

Me-time is so hard to find - whatever your lifestyle! Our products are perfect for those with only a few minutes to spare - try our 5 minute miracle face tonics for that quick beauty fix in an instant!

Sun Burn Rescue

If you get really bad sunburn or heat rash. Use cold natural yogurt - takes the sting out and leaves skin feeling great!

Diana

What a great tip! A natural way to relieve sunburn is so hard to find - we'll be trying this one!

Bathtime Beauty!

I love to relax in a warm bath with a face mask and some cucumber on my eyes, I put soft relaxing music on and unwind. When I get out of the bath I like to use a moisturiser on my face and body and use Vaseline on my eyebrows to make them soft and shiny.

Hair Heaven

For really intensive hair conditioning, massage in your hair conditioning treatment, comb through and wrap round head. Wrap cling film around head and pop on towel or shower cap. You can either relax in a warm soap bath for 15mins or if its a really hot day and you feel like relaxing in the garden sit out for 15mins. Rinse off and you have fabulous shiny locks.

Relaxing Moments

As a teaching assistant at a local primary school my feet are aching at the end of the day. Montagne Jeunesse foot products are fantastic, especially the grapefruit and mint foot soak which is so fantastic at the end of a long day. Finish off with the foot balm and your feet feel like brand new. Your products are brilliant. Thank you.

Home Spa Days

Before having a bath, I run the shower for a good 5-10 mins to steam the room. I close the door whilst running the bath and add a little lavender oil to the running water. Once the bath is ready, the room will be like a sauna which is great for the pores, as we all know! I light some candles, shampoo and condition my hair as usual. Then I towel dry it and add an intensive hair conditioner and wrap my hair in a damp towel for 15 minutes. Whilst I am waiting for this, I put on a clay mask and lie back and relax. And there you have it; a home made spa with a gorgeous result.
