Keep out!

After a long day with the kids run a lovely warm bath. Take your favourite magazine. Apply a fruity face mask and lock the door! Then take a deep breath and relax in your lovely quiet bath time and drift away in happy thoughts.

Jody Steele

Yes! Tell everyone - Pets! Husband! and children! To keep out!

Gorgeously Soft!

Put lots of moisturiser on your feet, followed by a pair of socks. Go to bed and in the morning your feet will be gorgeously soft.

This is bliss!

Now it's starting to get a bit cooler and the nights are starting to draw in, a pamper is just what you need to feel better. I love to fill a warm bath, pop on a face mask, light a few candles and sink into bubbly water, bliss! Then afterwards relax watching a favourite programme with tea and chocolate.

Absolute heaven!

It would be absolute heaven to come home after a stressful day to find the kids at their grandparents and a nice hot candle lit bath ready for me. Followed by a take away and dvd, then fresh popcorn.

Kate Baker

Headache bunters!

If you run a nice hot bath and add a nice but not too strong smelling bubble bath.
Lie in the bath with a cold flannel over your eyes and forehead then your headache should dissapear or ease. If it eases you should have an early night to get rid of it completely.

Natalie Grant

Heaven!

I have a long bah use my favourite face and foot packs, then cover myself in body lotion. Then I relax with a DVD and a glass of cold chrdonnay. Heaven!

Stressful week!

After a long stressful week at work and bringing up a two year old there is nothing better or more relaxing than picking one of your many face masques to unwind.

Switch off your phone!

Switch off your phone and declare that the ME-TIME is starting, so nobody should disturb you!

Run a very hot bath (as hot as you can) if you want to use bath cream for your bath, don't put too much into it as when the water is too hot it will irritate your skin. Get into the bath and relax. After 5-10 minutes of complete relaxation, apply the masque. The pores of your skin have opened. Take a small mirror in the bath to apply the masque better. After this, relax again. 5-10 minutes clean face with a wet sponge, get out of the bath after you have washed yourself.

If you can, have a cold shower (well, as cold as you can). After this your body wil feel relaxed and refreshed at the same time. The next thing is to go for a nice sl

Bath time!

You can't beat a long hot bath with lavender, a calming face mask, chocolates and soothing music to make the most of calming. Sleep making bath time ever!

When the kids have gone!

My best thing is to get my partner to take the kids out for a few hours and when they have gone make a nice warm drink, and grab all of my favourite Montagne Jeunesse items. I then of course go and run a nice hot bath and light my candles an apply my best tonic the Dead Sea one which I love. Then I get in the bath and relax its heaven. Give it a try girls.

Cosy night!

After a lovely long warm shower, wrap yourself up in a huge warm (from the radiator or airing cupboard) towel, dry yourself, get a soft cosy dressing gown from the same warm place-and sit on the settee with a huge bar of chocolate and something nice to drink-don`t move until you`ve read at last half a magazine and eaten at least half of the chocolate! So dreamy...............

Claire Mudie

Don't forget to add our chocolate masque!

Beauty night!

I always use use my face masque immediatley after dyeing my hair - I find it also removes the stubborn dye residue left around my hairline! The mud and peel off masques are especially good for this......it's definitely worth making a beauty night of it!

Treat for your skin!

For a really relaxing treat for your skin, choose some music you love to relax to, cut two slices of cucumber to place over your eyes, then make a Honeydew Cucumber smoothie using: a slice of honeydew melon, skin removed half a cucumber (peel it if waxed or if you don`t have a juice extractor) small pot of yogurt if desired sprig or two of mint to taste (optional) honey to taste (optional)
Blend it all together in your juicer, or in a blender if that`s all you have. Pour into a glass (maybe add a straw!). Now put your favourite relaxing music on, sit in a comfy chair, apply Cucumber Purifying Peel-Off Masque to your face, pick up your glass of smoothie and put the slices of cucumber over your eyes. Relax, with eyes closed and head back against the back of your comfy chair, and sip your smoothie, all the while remembering that this is your special relaxing `me-time`, and visualise the goodness from the smoothie helping your body and skin to purify and repair.
It truly is a good way to treat yourself inside and outside. One additional thing you might like is a nice warm blanket over your legs.

Care for your skin

Take care for your skin. Keep it clean, exfoliated, and protected from the sun. I love the different facial spa treatments and select them based on what my skin feels like. You won't be sorry.
