Treats for your feet!

On your feet all day???
I swear by my special pair of cotton socks to give my feet an all over intense moisture boost! I do it about once a month, as it is intensive. Shortly before I'm due to go to bed and after Ive had a shower - bath, I dry my feet thoroughly & then generously smoother my feet in moisturiser . I tend to use specially for feet moisturisers but have on occasion used baby lotion - its just as good!Then I pop on my socks & hop into bed! It does all the work as you sleep!! It feels slightly strange initially, but you soon get use to it. By morning, feet are so soft & revived and it really eases those aches & pains from being on your feet all day!

This is the time of year when we all need to get our feet looking lovely in time for the summer, intense moisturisation is a good place to start! Try our foot soak and lotion before putting on your socks overnight... it works a treat!

simply to slip into a nice bubble bath with a lovely glass of wine and my favourite facial mask once my toddlers are in bed! A little bit of me time with the best pamper I can have at home with 2 kids!

Wash away those stresses!

Like most women I love my candlelit soak in the bath but with busy lives it is not always possible so why not have a candlelit shower.....? I light perfumed tea lights placed in pretty tea light holders before I step into the shower. The warm flickering light makes you feel relaxed and beautiful while using your MJ products! P.S. Remember to place them away from flammable material!

Heavenly hands...

Before giving yourself a manicure or a pedicure, soak your hands in warm water with a few drops of baby oil in it. This will start to soften your cuticles as well as leaving your hands and feet lovely and soft.

Easy Peasy!

When going to the sauna after the first 10 minute burst I shower, use facial exfoliator, wash my hair and put on a deep conditioner and go back in sauna for a further 10 minutes. Great skin and hair and totally effortless!

On the go treats!

It`s a beautiful day and your at work! Your friend phones begging you to head out for a night on the town but you feel so hot and tired you really can`t imagine dancing till the wee small hours..........
Solution!
A quick all over brush with a body brush, a shower to freshen up followed by a blast of cold water at the end to really waken you then slather on the Montagne Jeunesse tired leg gel! Brilliant! I stand all day at work and ache by the time I get home. The tired leg gel is fantastic for making them feel like they belong to me again. It seems a waste to use it and not head out stretch my legs no matter how long the day !

If you go a bit mad with the fake tan this summer and end up with the dreaded orange nails, you can attack them with half a fresh lemon and it will get rid of all the fake tan from your nails and leave them sparkly white again.

Pure Luxury!

Before a pedicure soak your feet in warm water for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Use milk instead of water if you want to treat your feet to the fullest. Just warm up some milk and put your feet in.

The tip i have to share is that whenever i use the gorgeous refreshing face packs there is always enough to share with my 13 year daughter who loves the smell and the results that they offer.
