Fragile nails!

I have fragile nails so by soaking my hands in warm milk for five minutes helps strenthen them and helps hydrate my skin too.

Most indulgent!

Most indulgent skin softening bath ever! Try breaking a few chunks off a packet or bar of creamed coconut (get this from the world food aisle in any UK mainstream supermarket for less than a pound) into your bath just before you get in. It leaves your skin so soft and moisturised, plus it smells delicious too! One bar will last you about 20 baths!

Pampering foot rub!

Lie in a lovely hot bath with scented candles all around you add a glass of lovely cold wine and a lovely relaxing face mask all very invigorating, finish off with a lovely pampering foot rub from your other half (heaven)

Chocolate masque!

The chocolate face mask gives your face a wonderful pampering treat and is ideal if you are trying to avoid eating chocolate. Try relaxing in the bath and also lighting a chocolate smelling candle.

Great pick me up!

I can't always get to the shops because I have four children when I am in desperate need of some pampering I use plain yoghurt and mashed cucumber and plaster it on my face, it's a great pick me up and leaves your skin soft and tingly.

A daily tonic!

The Vitamin C face mask is great when kept in a small plastic bag or container. It is terrific used as a wipe over facial toner. It can stay fresh and moist for a week or more as long as your skin is clean. A quick daily tonic.

Aromatherapy masque!

There`s nothing more relaxing than a glass of my favourite wine, a warm bubble bath and your jasmine and lavender anti-stress aromatherapy masque. Fantastic.

Dry and frizzy hair!

I colour my hair blonde so its always dry and frizzy. So I use the hair masks containing lime extracts, it smells amazing and makes my hair soft and smooth. Always a number 1 for me!

Big fan!

Well I must say that I`m a big fan of your products. I just simply love. My best tip so far would be to come back from a hard days work I simply treat myself to a nice bath filled with rose and lavender petals in total darkness except the candle lights flickering around me. I put one of your face masks on my face and one of your best foot srubs on my feet. Then I have a bowl of nice dark chocies to eat while I`m reading a romantic novel. All this helps you to relax after a hard days work! try it!

Feet Treat!

After a night out on the tiles in vertigo inducing heels my feet are ready for a bit of pampering! I soak them in a large bowl of hot water with pink grapefruit & balm mint foot soak. For ultimate luxury you can also float rose petals or add crushed lavender to the water. You'll feel all the aches and pains dissolve straight away. Get your man to then massage in the spearmint and balm mint foot lotion - absolute bliss!

Wonderful fragrance!

I first soak my feet using the Pink Grapefruit & Balm Mint foot soak. Then I rub in the Spearmint and Balm mint foot lotion. It is so hydrating and refreshing. After that I put on a pair of my favourite fluffy socks and just take in the wonderful fragrance.

Instead of a bubble bath!

Instead of a bubble bath (since I`m sensitive to some soaps) I cut up some fresh orange and lemon slices and toss them in the tub while its filling up. It smells really nice and the soft tangy scent just lightens my mood completely. It`s really up to you whether or not you want to take the fruit slices out (I do because they feel funny hehe)... While soaking in the tub, I sometimes apply a mud mask to make my pores and face feel refreshed, or before I get in the tub I use a nice facial scrub.
Sometimes I like to put the radio or a nice relaxing cd on while I`m soaking. It blocks out all the noise and helps you relax (inner beauty is just as important as whats on the out!)
I haven`t tried it yet, but my next bath or relax time, I`m going to light some candles as well!....
(p.s. careful with candles and radios near the bath!)
After bath time, I like to take foot soak then massage my feet with the pomegranate and mint foat soak, then massage the montagne jeunesse pomegranate and mint lotion into my feet. Best product ever! My feet always feel so lifted afterwards. To finish it all off I either take in a nice evening movie or head to bed feeling rejuvenated and ready for another day.

Hot face masque!

Guys you are doing a fab job! I am a mum of two boys under the age of three, the only thing that calms at night is a long soak in the bath after they have gone to sleep with a hot face masque.

Care about your feet!

Set aside time just for your feet and use all the foot masques, scrubs, soaks and enjoy the amazing feel good factor - according to my son you can tell if a woman cares about herself when you look at her feet. So take note all you free and singles love your feet as much as your face.

Skin treat masques!

I love the Skin Treats Face Masks but a little tip is, when using an exfoliating mask, save a little and rub into the back of the hands - it leaves them feeling soft and rejeuvenated.

Mothers need MJ!

I love your face masks. I use them to make a me time. I take a bath, listen to the MP3 player and put the mask on and relax. It really helps me calm down. As a mother i need it.

Winter blues!

Now that the nights are getting colder and darker run yourself a hot bath, light some scented candles, slather on an MJ face mask and a deep nourising conditioning hair mask. Sit back, relax and banish those winter blues.

Me time is sooo precious!

I think 'me time' is sooo precious....especially when your day is spent running around after the kids so to make room for as much pampering as possible in the time you have available,
I set aside so long every night when the kids are in bed and focus on different areas each night. This is so relaxing and a great stress releive but also keeps you looking good from top 2 toe which is a great boost. I love applying my face mask and under eye shadow patches and whilst these work there wonders, I get on with plucking my eyebrows or a wonderfully relaxing aromatastic foot treat. When I let the treatment work its wonders I focus on my toe nail-
painting.
My favourite treatment is the frizz miracle hair repair treatment which I use 2-3 times per week. The scent of pink grapefruit is soo refreshing and the way my hair looks and feels is totally fab....this literally is my life saver after my recent home dye mishap-truelly miraculous results.
