Me Time Moments

Once a week I have me time, my bath, wine, classical music and a Montagne Jeunesse Face masque - Heaven.

I love all their face masques, for variety I buy the 4 anti-stress masques consisting of Fudge Sauna, Fruit Smoothie, Chocolate Masque and Passion Peel Off, and it’s as much a treat deciding which one to use.

Scrubbing Up For Your Hols

For a great pre-holiday body scrub mix sea salt or brown sugar with olive oil or almond oil and apply in circular motions from toes upwards.

Your skin will be soft, perfectly moisturized and ready for the beach!

Oats So Nice!

Whenever I’ve laddered a pair of tights, I snip off one of the feet and fill it with oats. I then knot the top to make a little `oat bag`. I place this bag into a hot bath where the oats release a lovely skin-nourishing milk - perfect for dry or sensitive skin.

Oh - and I keep the `milky` theme going by treating my face to the cream and honey mask!

Weekly Treat Me

Take an hour and a half out of your schedule once a week, and give yourself a facial, manicure and pedicure whilst listening to your favourite music. Make sure to do a proper job and relax and enjoy just treating yourself.

Getting The Most From Your Face Mask

If you have any leftover facemask use it on the backs of your hands or the tops of your feet. This helps these sometimes forgotten areas feel and look as good as your face.

A Soothing Solution to Help Irritable Skin and Sunburn

If you get a nasty spot, rash or similar, slice off a piece of an aloe leaf and wipe the juice over the affected area. It cures very quickly and is great for sunburn too.
