For super soft hands, find a small piece of bandage or something similar and tie a knot at one end. Then using a scoop or spoon fill the bandage with ordinary breakfast oats until the size of an orange. Tie a knot at the open end, so that you have an `oat ball` and put this in a sink of warm running water. When the sink is full enough, squeeze the oat ball to release the lovely milky oils, soak your hands in the water and rub them thoroughly with the oat ball. When you have finished your hands will be silky smooth, trust me this is fantastic! It is also very good for eczema sufferers, and can be adapted to use in bath water too.
